Tickets
Ticket purchasing (Ticket Refund Policy)
Order online from TicketWeb. You can purchase tickets online through TicketWeb for most Cedar events. If tickets for a show are available for purchase online, there will be a link to Ticketweb on the event description page. Tickets for evening shows typically go offsale at 4pm the day of the show, although there may still be tickets available for purchase in the lobby, when the doors open. You can also browse Ticketweb for available Cedar shows.
Order or buy tickets directly from The Cedar. Buy tickets in person from The Cedar during shows--look for a volunteer to serve you just inside and to the left of the front doors to the lobby. Cash, checks and credit cards are accepted (no service fees apply). We do not operate a box office outside of show times. During non-show times, you may purchase tickets at one of our outlets including Depth Of Field, which is located across the street from us at 405 Cedar Ave S.
Order tickets by phone through our ticketline (612-338-2674 ext 2) and leave the following information on the secure voice mailbox:
• your name (please spell it out)
• your contact phone number
• the name and date of the show for which you would like tickets
• the number of tickets you would like
• your VISA/MasterCard number AND expiration date.
Your tickets will be available at the will call desk on the night of the event. If you would like your tickets mailed to you, and it is at least 10 days before the event, please provide your mailing address. There will be a $1 mailing fee per order. You can expect a confirmation phone call within 48 hours of placing your order.
Order tickets by mail. The Cedar accepts mail orders with a check payable to The Cedar Cultural Center. Checks should be sent to the Cedar at 416 Cedar Ave S, Minneapolis, MN 55454 at least 10 days prior to the event. Your tickets will be available at the will call desk on the night of the event. If sufficient time is allowed and you provide a stamped, self-addressed envelope, we will mail your tickets out to you. No service fees apply. You can expect a confirmation phone call within 48 hours of placing your order.

Access
The Cedar does not discriminate on the basis of disability in admission or access to its programs and events: We strive to make our facilities available to as many community members as possible. People of all ages are welcome to all events, and children under age 12 and seniors over 65 are typically admitted at discounted-price (not available for advance purchase). Student rush discounts are available for many concerts. These admission policies reflect the Cedar's belief that participation in arts and cultural programming should be a regular occurrence for people everywhere.
Refreshments
We sell a fine range of domestic (emphasis on microbrews) and imported beers, several good quality wines, sodas and juices, hot coffee, chai, herbal and Irish tea, and hot chocolate. A limited supply of hot food (typically curry and accompaniments from the Jewel of India) is available for purchase during most concerts, as well as tasty snacks (nuts, chips, chocolate, and more). An attractive garden patio provides a haven for smokers and non-smokers. Patrons may bring food and drinks purchased at our concessions into the concert hall. Many interesting restaurants and bars in the neighborhood offer before and after show dining and wining.
