Minnesota native Tom Feldmann taught himself to play guitar at age 17 after hearing the recordings of the pioneers of acoustic blues and states, "John Lee Hooker taught me how to strum and Muddy Waters taught me how to slide."  His debut solo album was released in 1999 and Tom has since spent the years writing, touring and recording his own original gospel compositions as well as carrying on the tradition of solo acoustic blues.

In 2005 Feldmann formed the Magnolia Recording Company to be "A Home Between The Cracks" for hard working artists unable to find support.  Since it's inception, Magnolia has helped twelve artist's gain critical acclaim and aided in signings to larger labels.

Tom has recenlty recorded several DVD lessons for Stefan Grossman's Guitar Workshop, and is currently touring in support of Tribute, his latest CD which pays homage to the gospel sides of Muddy Waters, Lightnin' Hopkins, Blind Willie Johnson and many other acoustic blues legends.
