After nearly two years of artistic silence, Murzik makes a comeback with their most ambitious release to date, new album A Cat Named Murzik. Spending the past two years on re-evaluating their creative direction, the band finds itself emerging from a contemplative respite armed with new talent and vigor. Originally formed by long-time college friends singer-songwriter Bryan Steenerson and accordionist Nathan Simar, the lineup now includes cellist Ryan Pfeiffer, violinist Christopher Becknell, and drummer Alex Budrow.

Nothing says summer outdoors under the stars quite like bossa nova, and when it is fused with some tasty synth, and smoky vocals from Karen Freire, you'll not even miss the pool!
