Portland, Oregon-based Sub Pop sextet Blitzen Trapper are riding high with the success of recently released Furr, named #13 on Rolling Stone's Best Albums of 2008 list, and given an impressive 8.5 by Pitchfork, who described the album as "an essential 13-song LP with no filler", and "crackling with excitement".
