“Veirs' songs qualify as poems: careful, word-conscious, narrative, neither foggy nor overwritten, and tend to give you a take on regular life experience that you don't quite expect.” (The New York Times)

A smash triple bill, with Portland-based indie folk singer-songwriter Laura Veirs, the Watson Twins, and Led to Sea, fronted by violist L. Alex Guy (who also plays with Laura in her band, as well as with Mirah and the Jason Webley Trio). Not only a highly prolific songwriter with seven albums to her credit, since Laura's last appearance at The Cedar in early March 2010, she has become the proud mother of one Tennessee Veirs Martine.

Tickets go on sale at 11am Wed Jun 9 from the Cedar Ticketline (612-338-2674 ext 2), from hard-working Cedar volunteers in the front lobby during shows, and online at TICKETMASTER.
