Two nights of old-timey music and mayhem! Tonight the Pert' Near lads will be hosting the Hackensaw Boys. And on Friday night, it's Portland-based Foghorn Trio back-to-back with Pert' Near Stringband. Two nights means twice as much fun.

Great bands
by Anonymous Tue, 01/18/2011 - 9:29amWhile I agree the Hackensaw Boys are a great band and will blow lots of people away I have to assume you've never seen Pert Near put on a show because they are equally impressive and will also bring down the house! This is going to be a phenomenal weekend at the cedar - and we owe its existence in large part to Pert Near and the great collaborative vibe of the string band scene.
