416 Club Holiday Show with Curtis and Loretta, Singleton Street, BLT and David Hanners
Curtis & Loretta host an old-fashioned holiday show in Victorian Christmas costumes for this month's 416 Club. Expect a sprinkling of your favorite Christmas carols, sweet vocal harmonies, and an array of traditional turn-of-the-century instruments from these "living treasures of the Twin Cities folk scene." (The Onion).
Exquisite harmonies will continue with tonight's guests Singleton Street, offering up a lively blend of gospel, bluegrass and old-timey music, and BLT (Karl Burke, Rich Lindell, and Roady Tate), with contemporary and traditional folk, pop, & oldies. The evening is topped off by award winning songwriter David Hanners, who also happens to be a Pulitzer Prize winning journalist, currently writing for the Pioneer Press.

BLT is the now less frequently used guise of Yuli Fershtat (now primarily known as Perfect Stranger), a progressive psytrance producer from Israel. Born 1970, he is a musician and a graduate in Acupuncture and Herbal Therapy.
