ABOUT THIS SHOW

A local, midwestern indie folk showcase! Come enjoy a pleasant evening of beautiful music and great atmosphere.

POOR JOHN CANDY

Not sticking to an exact style or genre, Poor John Candy is a blend of folk, indie rock, synth-pop, and really anything and everything that may come to mind. They released their 7-track album "Negative Space" in June that questions the qualities and behaviors of life within a folky, esoteric atmosphere.

HARLOW

Described as a "misty-eyed, ethereal folk-rock sound somewhere between Phantogram and Iron & Wine," Harlow's been a steady presence on the Minneapolis music scene since forming in 2021.
Cows Come Home, Harlow's debut album, finds comfort in traditional Americana music while flipping it on its head exploring what traditional folk music sounds like in a modern era with the bleeps and bloops of shoegaze, and a country twang of the 90s. Singer and songwriter, Samuel Ketcham, is joined by Des Lawrence (vocals/bass), Jonah Hatten (pedal steel), Jonny Hall (guitar), and Jules Kneen (drums).
