Duo Andalus

Their performances weave intricate instrumentation with heartfelt storytelling, celebrating the shared heritage of Moroccan, Arabic and Jewish musical traditions. The result is an immersive and soulful experience that resonates with diverse audiences around the world.

Lala Tamar

Lala Tamar is what happens when Moroccan soul and Brazilian beats meet on the dancefloor. A singer songwriter, poet, guimbri player, and dancer, Lala Tamar stirs ancient North African rituals into fresh, feminine alchemy. With a voice that moves effortlessly between intimacy and power, she sings in Arabic, Amazigh and Portuguese. She is the first artist to record a contemporary album in Haquetia, and has shared stages with North African greats like Karim Ziad, Khadija El Warzazia, and Mehdi Nassouly, and recently made her Lincoln Center debut in NYC. Learn more about Lala Tamar here.

Ofer Ronen

Ofer Ronen, a master flamenco guitarist and arranger, draws from classical Arabic, Andalusian, and world music traditions. His expressive playing and refined musical direction provide a rich harmonic and rhythmic foundation that highlights the duo’s cross-cultural dialogue. Together, Duo Andalus creates a vibrant musical journey that bridges continents and centuries. Learn more about Ofer Ronen here.
