If you have concerns regarding previously purchased tickets, please call 612-338-2674 or email tickets@thecedar.org. While we cannot assist you with most necessary processes to ameliorate the situation, we can provide you with suggestions and a Ticket Invalidation Verification Letter if needed.

VIP packages are often sold by third parties or the artist directly. In those situations, communications will come from the company administering the VIP package. For VIP packages administered by The Cedar, communications will come at least 48 hours prior to the performance.
Rental Partners
The Cedar hosts rental partners’ events throughout the year. Most commonly, shows with “First Avenue presents” in their title are ticketed through First Avenue (contact information below). Accessibility requests for all events occurring at The Cedar will be handled by The Cedar, whereas ticketing and other questions may be directed to our rental partners.

-
If The Cedar is completely unable to provide any reasonable accommodation for an accessibility concern due to capacity limitations or staffing, we will consider a refund if requested. Please note that we do request folks request their accessibility accommodations in advance, and that there is a cap of 50 seats available for sold-out standing shows.
