Bia Ferreira is one of the most influential Brazilian artists abroad today. A singer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist, she transforms her performances into powerful encounters between art, politics, and affection. Her music is deeply rooted in social justice, addressing themes such as necropolitics, racism, LGBTQPIA+ rights, and affection as a survival technology—creating spaces for reflection, resistance, and care. Between 2023 and 2024, Bia performed over 100 shows across 16 countries in the Americas, Europe, and Africa, making her one of the most internationally active independent Brazilian artists of the period. Her concerts are known for their intensity, audience engagement, and emotional impact, leaving lasting impressions wherever she goes. Bia sees art as her way of connecting with the world. She has released two albums: Igreja Lesbiteriana, Um Chamado (2019) and Faminta (2023).
