ABOUT THIS SHOW
Settle, soften, & sink into the frequency of the full moon, inviting in stillness, clarity, and gentle renewal in the heart of winter.
This calming seasonal energy sets the tone for our evening together. We’ll begin with layers of sonic ambience as certified breathwork practitioner, Lulu Song, guides you to unwind from the cold, busy outer world and ease into a warm, grounded inner space.
From there, you’ll settle into a full sound bath with sound healing artist Kristen Wertenberger, and be immersed in frequencies and soothing harmonic layers that support deep relaxation and emotional release. Aligned with the Snow Moon, this experience encourages letting go, grounding, and reconnecting with your true self.
No experience needed. Just bring your body, your breath, and a willingness to receive.
Expect to:
Slow down and settle into your body
Connect with your breath and release tension
Experience restorative rest through sound
Feel supported in a warm, welcoming community
Bring: a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, eye mask or anything to help you get comfortable lying down
Come as you are. Leave softer, clearer, and more deeply connected.
It’s a vibe—come feel it.
