ABOUT THIS SHOW

Many of us in Minneapolis are carrying a lot right now. The recent events, uncertainty, and constant stimulation can take a toll on the nervous system and leave little space to pause.

This gathering is offered as a collective reset—a chance to slow down together, settle the body, and create a moment of steadiness and care, in community.

The evening begins with gentle breath and guidance from certified breathwork practitioner Lulu Song, helping the body release tension and settle. You’ll then move into a full sound bath with sound healing artist Kristen Wertenberger, where calming frequencies and harmonic layers support rest, grounding, release and ease.

This experience is about being together, taking a breath, and restoring enough balance to meet this moment with clarity and resilience.

All are welcome. Come as you are.
